Rates vary depending on the project, but most services are between $30-$50 per hour (transcription is charged by the word). Discounts are offered for clients who wish to retain our services for a minimum of 15 hours a month. We bill in 15-minute increments.
We require a 50% deposit plus the estimated expense charges up front and the remainder upon delivery, unless the total invoice will be less than $40. Hourly prices do not include expenses such as long distance, shipping or supplies but will be included on all quotes. There is no mark-up on these items.
Forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard (via PayPal), cash (local clients), cashier’s check, money order, business checks. A $45 fee will be charged for any and all returned checks. A 2% monthly service fee will be charged for all invoices over 15 days outstanding.
